Get help

Email iahmedhendi@gmail.com. Please include:

the email address on your Mind86 account;
your device (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8) and, if you know it, the app version;
what you were doing and what went wrong, with a screenshot if you can.

We read every message and reply as soon as we can.

Delete your account

In the app: in your library, tap the Account icon, then Delete account, then confirm.

On the web: go to https://mind86.com/account/delete and follow the steps.

Deleting your account permanently deletes your account, your books, your study data, your sessions, your sign-in records and your Google Firebase sign-in. This cannot be undone.

Delete a single book

Open the book's menu and choose Delete book. This deletes the book file, its extracted text and its flashcards, quizzes and maps. Your highlights, notes and reading history for that book stay in your account until you delete your account.

Turn off reminders

Tap the bell icon in your library and turn reminders off. You can also turn off Mind86 notifications in your device settings.

Privacy requests

To ask for access to your data, a correction or a copy, email iahmedhendi@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy at https://mind86.com/privacy.

Report a child account

Mind86 is for people aged 14 and older. If you believe a child under 14 has an account, email iahmedhendi@gmail.com and we will delete it.
